17 June 2009 - WINSCOMBE AFC
Founded in 1922
Winscombe AFC is long established football club, and is a Charter Standard club, now providing football across the age ranges and for both male and female footballers. We have adult male and female squads, with of course youth squads for girls and boys. The facilities available at the club are superb and we believe a fantastic environment to nurture our youth and help our adult teams progress to a high level.
We are currently looking to appoint a Goal Keeper Coach to give coaching for all our goal keepers across the club, Mens, Ladies, Boys & Girls on a regular weekly/monthly basis. This would be across up to 19 squads so we would work with the coach as to how long and the frequency of coaching to be provided.
It appears to be an area of coaching that most clubs do not consider important, please be assured that Wincombe AFC believe that goal keepers should get the same level of coaching as the other members of the team and consider it to be paramount to improving their team performance.
If you are interesting in joining our coaching team within a forward thinking progressive club. We are willing of course to pay for any such coaching services, then please contact Bryony Mills to discuss this on the following:
