Somerset FA runs a wide range of Coaching and Medical courses throughout the County. Whatever your previous knowledge, experience or interest in football we’re sure that there is a course to suit you. Our aim is to offer a variety of courses to improve the understanding and skills of everybody involved in football.
All the courses deliver the same content, whether they are organised by County FA or by the FA and all tutors are trained and verified by the FA to ensure that each candidate receives a consistent delivery to the highest standards.
Somerset FA courses take place throughout the County at various venues and over time frames that allow for completion of the content whilst allowing busy individuals to ensure their football educational needs can still be met. As well as our coaching courses the FA run National courses - the main differences are time and money; the FA courses are intensive, residential courses, so have different costs accordingly.
Somerset FA is part of the FA Learning’s online booking system. Through this you can view all national and local courses, although we currently cannot accept bookings online, you can view course availability and enrol yourself to attend. Please note in order to enrol you need to become a User of FA Learning and have an e-mail address.
