Much is planned for the coming four years, including: -
- an improvement in the quality of training, coaching and support to disabled people; a creation of performance pathways to assist in the progression of players to county, then national squads;
- a five per cent participation increase;
- the creation of clubs with regular playing and competition opportunities;
- coach mentoring schemes;
- role models; and the inclusion of disability skills centres attached to our Charter Standard Community Clubs.
