Affiliation

Affiliation process.......

1. Check correct information exists for the Secretary, Chairman, Treasurer – Cross through and amend if necessary.

2. If you are a youth team or have an under 18 section playing within a specific youth league you will need to have a Welfare Officer in place. The Welfare Officer must have a current CRB, Safeguarding Children Certificate and attended a Welfare Officer Workshop. Details of this individuals name, date of birth and address must be given.

3. Ground Information – The main ground for your club including full address and postcode (if known) together with details of the local authority.

4. Team information – Cross through and amend as necessary. Use a separate sheet of paper for new and additional teams. We require the following information for all teams:

Team name (eg U16s, First, Reserves)
Age range (eg U16s, 15s etc)
The League in which this team plays (eg Woodspring Junior)
The day it plays on (eg Saturday)
Kit colours shirt, shorts socks
The Manager details – (name, dob, address)

Affiliation payment

The affiliation fee is based on the First Team Classification ONLY and is payable PER CLUB (not per team). Please remember in the case of ADULT football JUNIOR does NOT mean YOUTH.

 Junior football is where you are NOT playing County League or Senior League Football.

All Clubs are expected to PAY public liability insurance EXCEPT where the club has there own – In which case they must provide EVIDENCE.

ALL Clubs MUST HAVE PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE. If using Bluefin we required the Policy Number if using an alternative we require EVIDENCE.

ALL ADULT teams MUST pay the appropriate levy.

Cup fees must be entered – Please remember one team per entry. (e.g. you CANNOT enter both your U16 teams in the Youth shield).
