Tuesday night under the lights at Huish Park Yeovil Town faced Bath City in the Mens Premier Cup Final.

Just over 1000 fans joined us for a great final with goals and drama. 

Yeovil started strong and took the lead just 7 minutes into the game. Bath looked to bounce back and took control of the game for the next 20-30 minutes, but was unable to make the most of their pressure and possession.

At the break, Yeovil Town had the lead and was happy, but the wind was in Bath's sails with all to play for in the second half.

After the break, Yeovil started the second half just like the first and this time just 3 minutes in they doubled their lead. The next 30 minutes saw both sides make changes and as the game opened up both had chances.

As the game approached its conclusion Yeovil saw it out with a 3rd goal in the 84th minute.

At the whistle Yeovil were winners, taking the tie 3-0. Well done to Yeovil and Bath for a great final.
