The Somerset FA Transition fund is a small fund available to standalone men's teams to help facilitate a link and partnership with a local youth side to both create a pathway into open age football for young players and provide your team with a pipeline of players.

As part of this fund, Somerset FA can offer you additional support to help establish these links.
