Somerset FA are now recruiting for new members to join our nationally recognised Youth Council!

Recently our Youth Council was given a High Commendation for the Youth Leadership Ground Award presented by the FA National Youth Council at this years FA Leadership Academy due to their great work that they have managed to achieve over the past 12 months including the creation of the first Club Youth Council, Mental Health in Football podcast series and also altering some of the historical names of our county cup competitions to make them easier to identify/promote as equal competitions. 

 As we approach the beginning of the upcoming season Somerset FA are looking to recruit 3 additional members to be appointed to the Somerset FA Youth Council. To be eligible you must have;

 - Passion for football 
 - Aged between 14-25
 - Be currently involved in Somerset football (coaching, refereeing, playing, club official etc.)

 This is a purely voluntary role with expenses will be paid when attending face to face meetings and SFA events at 35p per mile.
