Last Sunday Street FC hosted the County Finals for the SNAP Sponsorship Boys U13 and Girls U14.

It was a stunning day, and the football provided excellent entertainment throughout the day.

We started with the boys' final between Bath City and Mangotsfield FC and what a final it was!!!

Both teams started cautiously with neither wanting to be the first to concede and although there were half-chances at the water break the score was all square. After the water break, Mangotsfield came out fast and opened the scoring and held the lead to the halftime break.

After the break, it was all Bath City as they fought to get back in the game and their efforts were rewarded with goals, as they were quickly leading 4-1. 

Mangotsfield FC never let their heads drop and kept going right to the end and they got their second goal of the afternoon.

At the final whistle, Bath City were the winners 4-2. Well done to all involved for a great final.

Next up were the Keynsham and Portishead girls, and another great final. 

Both sides started well and had some great chances but both keepers and defences were keeping the score at nil nil.

After the break, it continued as before with both sides looking to open the scoring, but we had to wait until the last moments of the game for Keynsham to break the deadlock.

Portishead tried to equalise before the full-time whistle but at the final whistle, Keynsham were the winners 0-1. Well done to all involved for a great final.
